Every bag spa service includes a thorough cleaning and conditioning, so even if we can't fully reverse the damage, your bag will leave feeling refreshed and looking its best.
30 Minute Bag Massage:
This service is perfect for bags that need a little TLC but don't have any major issues. It includes a thorough cleaning and conditioning of the leather, as well as a light massage to help restore its suppleness. The 30 Minute Bag Massage is also a great solution for your smaller Wildwood Bags that need to be pampered.

60 Minute Bag Massage:
This service is for bags that need a more deep cleaning and conditioning, or that have some damage that needs some reconstruction, like replacing a stained leather panel. It includes everything in the 30 Minute Bag Massage, plus a more intensive cleaning and conditioning process, and any necessary repairs.
Here are some examples of when you would purchase a 60 Minute Bag Massage:
- A panel needs replacing
- A zipper needs repair or replacing
- Mildew
- Significant stains

We use only the highest quality products and our team will take care of your bag so it will last you a lifetime of adventures.
Our Bag Spa can help you with all of these services to get your bag feeling fresh and revived to continue by your side on your adventures:
- Replace the rope handle with the same color or a new color of your choice.
- Adjust the rope handle.
- Heavy-duty cleaning with the highest-quality materials. We use a US-made saddle soap to restore the natural preservative weather oils and a high-end Nubuck cleaner produced in France (paired with a soft brush) to clean the suede.
- Brass polishing. Depending on your preference, we can make this look new or preserve the lovely patina look.
- Leather conditioning. Our top-quality conditioner uses beeswax to refresh the leather.
